Your Team, Your Impact

Marvell Technology is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Principal Supply Chain Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Santa Clara, CA. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our semiconductor supply chain operations by leveraging your expertise in business systems analysis. You will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining various business systems and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within our supply chain operations. Your insights and recommendations will directly impact our ability to meet customer demands, optimize inventory levels, and streamline our overall supply chain processes.

What You Can Expect

  • System Analysis and Design:You will conduct in-depth analysis of supply chain processes, performance metrics, and key drivers to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Implementation and Integration:You will lead the implementation of new supply chain systems and technologies, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Data-driven Insights:You will utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to extract meaningful insights from large datasets, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Process Improvement: You will identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks within the supply chain and develop innovative solutions to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Performance Monitoring: You will establish KPIs and performance metrics to track supply chain performance, monitor progress against targets, and proactively identify areas for improvement.
  • Training and Support:You will serve as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact for system-related inquiries and issues.
  • Continuous Improvement:You will stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in supply chain management to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.Master's degree preferred.
  • 8 years of experience in supply chain management, business analysis, or related field, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
  • In-depth understanding of semiconductor supply chain processes, including demand planning, procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Experience with supply planning tools, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and other relevant business applications.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data and analysis in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration, influence decision-making, and lead change initiatives.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

136,620 - 204,600, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
