Overview:
We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our fast paced team. As an Attorney, you will play a critical role in our firm, your job involves representing clients with defective vehicles. Responsibilities include managing cases, negotiating settlements, and litigating when necessary. You'll communicate with clients, conduct legal research, and collaborate with colleagues while ensuring ethical compliance.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Advocate for clients in court.
• Work with senior attorneys to develop legal strategies.
• Manage multiple cases, prioritizing deadlines.

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of litigation experience
• Lemon Law and/or Personal Injury Experience preferred but not required
• Member of the CA Bar in good standing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
