Description
Account Service Coordinator
Location: Candidate can reside near any Pulsepoint location. Position will have both office/remote expectations.
The Account Service Coordinator is responsible for providing advanced customer service representation for JAA accounts.
Interprets and supports plan benefit design. Resolves complex claims, benefit, and enrollment issues.
Makes routine account visits.
Coordinates open enrollment meetings, renewal process and training sessions; and on-site facility visits.
Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
Knowledge of WGS preferred.
Knowledge of the Interplan Process.
Proficient with Microsoft office products, especially excel & powerpoint
Experience with Salesforce preferred.
Experience with SSCR and JIRA tickets.
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $56,028 to $100,000.
