Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery to produce high-quality products. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor machines according to provided instructions and specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, or schematics to understand product requirements
- Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure accurate dimensions
- Load raw materials into machines and unload finished products from machines
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic machine issues
- Proficient in reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and fabricating processes is a plus
- Knowledge of press brake machines, welding techniques, or logic controllers is beneficial
