Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled Manufacturing Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience operating machinery within a manufacturing setting. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Operate various manufacturing machines with precision and safety.
• Monitor equipment for functionality, perform troubleshooting, and make minor adjustments as necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.
• Comply with all safety and health regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training and cross-training across different departments within the facility.
• Record and report issues related to equipment or production processes.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in machine operation in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move within the facility for the duration of the shift.
• Willingness to work in different departments as required for cross-training purposes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.17 - $24.30 per hour
