Elegant Dental is Hiring a Dental Assistant Near Richmond, TX
Come work for Elegant Dental, voted BEST DENTIST in Fort Bend County!! Where we VALUE our patients AND our employees! We are looking for a POSITIVE, PATIENT- CENTERED, TEAM-ORIENTED, AND GOAL DRIVEN Dental Assistant to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist in all dental procedures
- Assist in documentation
- Take radiographs on patients (all digital)
- Maintain and follow proper infection control and sterilization procedures
- Able to work well with technology
- Provide excellent care and customer service to patients
- Communicate clearly effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience as a registered dental assistant
- Knowledge of dental procedures and techniques
- Proficient in taking dental x-rays (digital)
- Knowledge of sterilization procedures and infection control guidelines
- Experience with Open Dental software is a plus but not a requirement. If Open Dental is new to you, we can provide training and it is an easy program to understand.
- Full-time hours Monday-Friday
- Willingness to work weekends with a rotating off day schedule during the week
- Multi- location work sites (within close proximity)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English/Hindi/Urdu) is a plus
- Reliable transportation
- Positive attitude
- Effective communication with patients, co-workers, and leadership
