Position Description
ElectriCom, a Utility Construction company, was founded in 1960 in Paoli, Indiana. ElectriCom has experienced continuous growth since its inception. This position will report directly to the Safety and Risk Director and should strategically be based near South Carolina or North Carolina (remote). They are responsible for the coordination of ElectriCom’s operational safety and health programs, while partnering with the Safety and Risk Director as well as field leadership in developing, implementing, and enforcing company safety policies in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Job duties include but are not limited to program development and policy writing, job hazard analysis, conducting various safety trainings in partnership with their respective specialist and coordinators in the given region. The regional safety manager takes lead in incident investigations, and effectively communicating safety-related information throughout the company. We are looking for dedicated, self-motivated, well-organized individuals with previous experience working on construction projects and in a safety leadership role.
