In this Corporate HSE Engineering role, you will provide project management and process improvement leadership establishing strong working relationships within all Honeywell businesses.A strong focus of this role will be Process Safety in particular the Development and Governance of Honeywell’s Mechanical Integrity programs.Other major portions of this role will include supporting the contractor HSE program, the HSE programs related to construction, and providing support to the Remediation and Redevelopment Group (RRG).You will be a key leader to drive improvement in the HSE programs across Honeywell and show sustainable implementation to reduce risk.
You will accomplish this by establishing strong working relationships with all levels in the organization, and you will be a key HSE Process Safety resource for Honeywell.In this role you will implement strong programs through incorporation of impactful operating processes and keeping in front of leading practices. You will have responsibility for developing, implementing, and maintaining management systems and management operating systems for global HSE programs.
Key Responsibilities:
·Strategize, implement, and maintain systems for planning, management, governance, and oversight of Honeywell’s Process Safety program to include Mechanical Integrity and Process Safety Information.
·Work with Strategic Business Groups (SBGs) to deploy mechanical integrity requirements and best practices within Honeywell’s PSM program framework and for other critical equipment.
·Improve and implement key performance metrics for the oversight and reporting on Mechanical Integrity.
·Drive improvement in maintaining schedules and HSE project funding across the Honeywell businesses.
·Provide auditing expertise for Governance of Honeywell’s Process Safety Mechanical Integrity program and other key PSM processes.
·Provide mechanical technical resources and support to SBG Engineering, maintenance, and PSM organizations.
·Work with Honeywell’s Remediation Team to maintain Honeywell’s Contractor HSE program and construction compliance.
·Work with SBGs to continually improve and fully deploy Honeywell’s Contractor HSE Program.
·Support the RRG Project Delivery Lead with implementation and monitoring of Management Operating Systems and compliance with program Standard Operating Procedures.
·Strategize, implement, and maintain systems for planning, management, governance, and oversight of Honeywell’s Construction Safety Programs.
