WHAT IS THE JOB?
Our team is looking for a dedicated team of Grill/Prep Cooks to join us on our mission to turn the ordinary into extraordinary. To be successful in this role, you will be responsible for the following on a daily basis:
- Setting up stations and preparing all food items in a timely manner according to Electric Shuffle guidelines and health & sanitation standards.
- Restocking, cleaning, and maintaining cook station items as needed throughout the shift, while practicing exceptional safety, sanitation and organizational skills.
- Following recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by kitchen leadership.
- Assisting with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers and all storage areas, adhering to proper food storage procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with all Company policies and laws, including health and safety standards.
- Performing additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by kitchen and ops leadership.
- Being able to work as part of a team, delivering consistent food product with an attention to detail, even when under pressure.
- Being fun, enthusiastic and have lots of energy.
- Bringing new and creative ideas to how we do things.
- Having great communication skills with a positive attitude.
- Having excellent organizational skills.
