About the Position
Eldergrow’s business is growing rapidly. This is a small but mighty team, and you will drive new revenue and manage our national large accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to double revenue in the next 12 months and 10x in the next three years. You will be responsible for finding (meaning you need to be a hunter) and closing scalable new business and increasing the garden orders of our large existing customers - both through direct sales. You will manage the account over its lifecycle with the direct support of the Operations team. Senior living experience is ideal.
This is an important individual contributor leadership position requiring strategic thinking, relationship building, financial acumen, and the ability to develop and drive new sales - through innovative business development, positive customer relationships and customer experience. This position reports directly to the CEO and is part of the leadership team.
Location: Mostly remote with travel for meetings, conferences, events
Compensation: 85K and bonus plan
Exempt: 40 hours with benefits including 401K match, medical, dental, vision, vacation and sick leave.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. At least 5 years of industry-related experience including 5 years in upper management required experience in project management, customer service, marketing, and public speaking. Gardening experience is not required, but a love of nature is.
Certificates, Licenses, or Registrations:
Must successfully pass a background check applicable to the position. In light of our customers' requirements to serve their vulnerable populations, openness to vaccinations and modeling expectations for pre-emptive care under future health care challenges is expected.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have proven proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Google Apps (Slides, Sheets, Docs) and CRM experience.
