Job Duties

Facilitates daily Human Resources function

• HR processes to stay in compliance with ISDH regulations
• Supervises field caregiving staff
• Performance/coaching/disciplines for caregiving staff.
• Caregiver investigations in response to client complaints
• Participates in recruitment and retention initiatives
• Interviews for caregiving staff
• Coordinates new hire orientation for caregivers and nurses

Qualifications:

• One year experience in human resources or Bachelor's degree (preferred)

Successful candidate will have:

• Proven experience working in Human Resources or
• Detail-oriented, multitasking and performance driven mindset.
• Knowledge of ADP a plus.
• Knowledge of HR federal laws and regulations.
• Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
