THIS IS A FULL COMMISSION JOB! The Solar Industry is booming and we offer high commissions. Work hard and get paid for your efforts.

Must be able to obtain California HIS License (Background Check)

• You make your own Flexible schedule. Work when you want.
• High quality hands on training in our office weekly.
• A complete support team in our Headquarters to help ensure your success.
• No cap on sales.
• You can Generate anywhere from $1,500 to $12,500 a sale.
• Work from home or work from our office in Riverside, CA.
• You choose how you want to do business. (ex. door to door, virtual, hybrid)

Duties:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales and achieve targets
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to customers
- Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and payment options
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to finding solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
