High Desert Energy is Hiring a Solar Sales Scheduler Near Riverside, CA

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Door-to-Door Solar Appointment Scheduler. As an essential part of our sales and marketing efforts, you will be responsible for generating leads and scheduling appointments for our solar sales representatives through door-to-door outreach.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct door-to-door visits within designated neighborhoods to promote solar energy solutions.
  • Engage with homeowners to educate them about the benefits of solar energy and schedule appointments for our sales representatives.
  • Generate leads by accurately capturing customer information and their interest in solar solutions.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our solar products and services to effectively communicate key features and benefits.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly appointment scheduling targets.
  • Keep detailed records of interactions, leads, and scheduled appointments in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of leads and appointments.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in door-to-door sales, appointment setting, or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with homeowners in a professional and persuasive manner.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven individual with a passion for renewable energy.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and territory.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in recording information.
  • Knowledge of solar energy and its benefits is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as required.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
