We are seeking an exceptional professional to join our Restaurant Team as a Front of House Manager. A successful candidate will be detail-oriented and customer-focused with above average interpersonal skills to interact with staff and customers, assisting in executing marketing campaigns, ensuring customer satisfaction and training new hires. The Front of House Manager will be responsible for the floor, front of house areas and customer orders.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to complaints and concerns.
• Gather and record information about customers' preferences and needs.
• Provide training and support to servers, bartenders, and other staff.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol sales and serving laws.
• Manage the budget of the restaurant or bar by preparing and submitting reports to upper management.
• Work with corporate staff to create new menus, select wines and spirits, vote on new features for the restaurant or bar, and help generate revenue through marketing efforts.
• Monitor competition in the area and communicate relevant threats to upper management.
