We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review and physical examinations

- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditions

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients

- Prescribe medications and provide appropriate follow-up care

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care

- Provide behavioral health support and counseling to patients

- Educate patients on preventive healthcare measures and promote healthy lifestyle choices

- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times

- Utilize electronic health record systems (e.g., Cerner) for accurate documentation of patient encounters

Skills:

- Proficient in acute care management, including the ability to handle emergent situations with confidence and composure

- Strong knowledge of primary care principles and practices

- Familiarity with laboratory procedures and interpretation of test results

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals in English and Spanish

Qualifications:

- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Texas

- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program

- Fluent in Spanish preferred

- 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
