Eitan Medical is a fast-growing global medical device company, developing and manufacturing innovative drug delivery and infusion solutions across the continuum of care- from the hospital to the home. We are looking for an excellent Software Support Specialist to join the teamץ

The Software Support Specialist will be responsible for presenting Eitan Medical technology product offerings to customers, to evoke confidence in the organization’s technology and infrastructure, and assist in removing technical objections during the sales cycle for Eitan’s products and solutions in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with sales team: Working closely with regional sales managers to support Eitan Insights customer implementations.
  • Providing technical expertise in Eitan Medical’s software Products, services and solutions that require IT knowledge such as Eitan Insights, the Digital Health platform and PC Tools.
  • Answer security and technical questions as part of facility onboarding process of Eitan Insights.
  • Support regional sales managers with customer demonstrations and presentations of Eitan Medical solutions to support the sales cycle.
  • Support customers to accelerate their deployment of these solutions by providing technical guidance and other resources, effectively escalating appropriate questions and issues to the product team.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing team to develop collateral to enable sales to better propose and close technology driven business solutions.
  • Develops key leadership relationships to ensure the collaboration between the Sales Engineering team and all teams supporting the Sales team are successful.
  • Play a key supporting role for the clinical team on all software, connectivity, and PC tools.
  • Work closely with R&D and Marketing to communicate customer feedback as well as industry / market intelligence.
  • Develop and maintain technical RFP responses for sales team to respond in a consistent and timely fashion.

Reporting to- Global Service Manager

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred in related fields
  • Certifications is an advantage

Experience Requirements:

  • 1-3 Years Experience in IT support role

Additional Requirements:

  • Knowledgeable in healthcare IT requirements and technical in-servicing and customer onboarding processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong oral and written communications skills with the ability to explain complex technology ideas for a wide audience and understanding
  • Excellent customer service
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal relations
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team setting

Computer skills (Required):

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Excel, Salesforce.com
  • Strong knowledge of networks and cloud-based solutions

Travel:

Some travel may be required.

Flexible hours may be required to assist staff and customers located in different time zones.
