Eitan Medical is Hiring a Product Marketing Manager, North America Near Aliso Viejo, CA

Eitan Medical is a fast-growing international medical device company that develops and manufactures innovative medical equipment. The right candidate will manage and continually improve the Marketing function to increase the customer value for our customers and Eitan Medical.

Scope:

The Product Marketing Manager, North America is responsible for identifying and addressing the regional market and product requirements for specific portfolio of infusion pump and software management products and services in accordance with the Company's strategic plans and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Marketing and product management for all new Product Introduction (NPI) and market penetration activities: ·

o Regional launch plan development and execution

o Post launch product management

o Pre-Sales and Implementation support

· Development of the regional product and marketing plans: ·

o Assessment of customer needs, market trends and drivers

o Plans to optimize profit, revenue, and market share opportunities in the short, medium, and long term to achieve the financial growth targets.

o Development of sustainable business model, marketing value messaging, price positioning for infusion and software solutions

  • Product lifecycle management

o Market Surveillance

o Regional SKU management

  • Identification, evaluation and recommendations for market opportunities for specific product and services within assigned product portfolios
  • Interfaces with Customers, Sales, Clinical, Field and Product Marketing Teams to translate market requirements for product and services

Direct Manager: Director of Product Marketing, North America

Requirements:

Education: Must have the following:

  • Batchelor’s degree in business, marketing, or health-related subject

Job skills:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a health-sector or medical product software marketing or product management role in the United States
  • At least 2 years of experience in SaaS business model development, SaaS forecasting, pricing, implementation and integrations
  • Proven ability to articulate clinical terms and develop product positioning and key messaging across a variety of audiences
  • Proven ability to articulate customer needs to product requirements
  • Ability to work independently but also the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills required.
  • Experience in new product launch planning and execution preferred

Computer skills: Proficiency in MS Office products – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.
