Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Partnerships to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic partnership initiatives to drive business growth and revenue.
Duties: Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, this role will play a pivotal part in spearheading our sales efforts and achieving aggressive growth targets in the workplace dining segment for the upcoming year.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to expand market reach and drive revenue growth
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of partnership agreements
- Manage relationships with existing partners to maximize value and opportunities
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new partnership opportunities
- Oversee project management of partnership initiatives

Experience:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
- Experience with CRM software, Salesforce preferred
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning and execution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA is a plus
