About the Role:

This position offers a dynamic opportunity for a skilled professional to oversee all financial operations and provide strategic guidance as we continue to expand nationwide. You will be responsible for ensuring the financial health and growth of our business, working closely with management and various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of accounting, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, cost accounting, inventory, and revenue recognition across multiple locations.
• Develop and implement budgeting and forecasting processes, analyze financial variances, and produce timely monthly financial statements.
• Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Oversee compliance with all local, state, and federal tax regulations and reporting requirements.
• Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to optimize performance and support strategic decision-making.
• Partner with management on new investment opportunities and analyze existing and proposed business initiatives.
• Collaborate with external auditors to guarantee adherence to all financial regulations.
• Communicate financial performance metrics clearly and regularly to property leaders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of accounting and finance experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in the hospitality industry, ideally within multi-location restaurant operations. Franchise experience highly desirable.
• In-depth understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and financial forecasting/analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Restaurant365) and Excel; ERP experience a benefit.
