Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (Home Health) to join our healthcare team. As an LPN, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the well-being and comfort of patients while adhering to all medical protocols and standards.

Duties:
- Administer medication and injections as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate
- Assist with patient assessments and examinations
- Provide wound care and dressings
- Perform routine laboratory tests
- Assist with occupational health screenings
- Provide care for patients of all ages, including toddlers
- Administer tube feedings as necessary
- Document patient information accurately in electronic medical record systems (e.g., Epic)
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on proper healthcare procedures

Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in OK
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Home Health
- Hospice experience required
- HCHB experience preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems (e.g., Epic)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
