We are looking for candidates with Home Health management experience that can lead the Home Health clinical team with motivation, understanding, compassion, and clear direction.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

• Registered Nurse licensed in the state(s) in which he/she practices, BSN preferred.
• Five (5) years of home care experience as a Registered Nurse within the last seven (7) years.
• Three (3) years of home care experience managing caregivers within the last five (5) years.
