Eduro Healthcare is growing and is looking for an energetic and dynamic benefits specialist to join the team!

The Position

Eduro Healthcare is looking for a reliable Benefits administrator to manage all employee benefit programs in our company from leave of absence to retirement plans. Your work will be of utmost importance since the correct processing and distribution of benefits is vital for employee retention and satisfaction. We are 40 facilities spread across 10 states but are benefits department is centralized. We need someone who is passionate about keeping things running smoothly and efficiently.

The Ideal Candidate

Looking for someone who will fit in with our company values, first and foremost.

Someone who is willing to dive into the details to learn, audit, discover, and correct whatever needs to be fixed/maintained.

Need to have someone who understands the fundamentals of benefits rules, regulations, etc.

Someone who is comfortable working with benefits brokers, auditors, and other outside parties

Would love someone who possesses the following skills/credentials:

-Must have life and health license

-Analytical skills

-Self-paced project management skills (aka gets stuff done on time, every time. Understands deadlines and urgency)

-Paycom experience a major plus

-Expert knowledge of Excel including v-lookups, pivot tables, and quick analysis
