The Dietary Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the dietary department in a skilled nursing facility, ensuring that meals are prepared in a safe, healthy, and appetizing manner. The Dietary Manager supervises and manages the dietary staff, ensuring that they follow dietary guidelines and meet the nutritional requirements of residents.
