EDSI Solutions is Hiring a Program Manager Near Exton, PA

Overview

Then the Operations Manager position is for you! We are seeking a dynamic, team-oriented and caring individual to join our spirited team.

The Operations Manager is responsible for supporting and improving operations, data capture, customer flow, report writing and general operating capabilities.

Responsibilities

· Work with leadership team and partners to ensure that customer flow, service delivery and data management are efficient and effective

· Supervise EDSI WIOA ADW and Youth staff

· Ensure all contract goals are met and exceeded

· Coordinate with the One-Stop Operator on daily activities

· Facilitate weekly staff meetings

· Provide monthly performance data and additional data reports to CCWDB

· Share programmatic guidance released at the local, state, and federal levels

· Serve as the Rapid Response representative for the CareerLink®

· Represent CareerLink® at community events and external meetings

· Develop partnerships with community providers and partners of the financial stability center

· Act as backup for CareerLink®/RESEA Orientations

· Implement large-scale technology and process improvements

· Provide ongoing support for operations and technology

· Strategically facilitate business-driven job placements as an active member of the leadership team

· Respond in a timely manner to requests from the contracting agency on issues related to performance tracking and compliance

· Accurately track and report all data associated with contract obligations

· Evaluate performance with respect to contract obligations and draft quarterly team goals

· Provide requested status reports and other data for EDSI administrative staff

· Ensure data entered on the required systems is current and accurate

· Address human resource and staff questions and concerns

· Manage the budget according to plan and assist in processing and submitting purchase requests

· Manage ISO compliance and audits

· Maintain updated organizational chart and staff directory

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

· Ability to gather and synthesize information from a wide variety of people and sources

· At least three years of professional experience, including one year of management or supervisory experience

· Experience managing large-scale projects and driving change initiatives, including efforts requiring as-is process mapping and the design and rollout of new processes and standard operating procedures

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management science, organizational behavior, operations, statistics or similar field; Master’s degree is preferred

· Valid driver’s license & clean driving record required
