· To provide administrative support to staff and participants
· To provide a warm welcome and assistance to job seekers, employers, and agency visitors
· This position requires an organized individual who can efficiently handle several responsibilities simultaneously
· Welcome visitors in a prompt and friendly manner
· Direct visitors to the appropriate area, services, or staff person
· Provide information regarding all programs in a knowledgeable and pleasant manner
· Oversee daily office flow including sign-in sheets, phone calls, mail, and related correspondence
· Maintain staff extension list and check-in calendar
· Manage and order office supplies and equipment
· Coordinate and update monthly activities calendar
· Maintain referral lists, outreach, and scheduling for EARN program
· Support program data entry and SharePoint database, as needed
· Champion EDSI’s commitment to Internation Quality Standard (ISO) procedures.
· Perform duties assigned to the local ISO auditor
· Champion EDSI’s commitment to welcoming and onboarding new hires
· Perform duties assigned to the local Onboarding Champion
· Assist with calling job seekers regarding upcoming recruitment events and initiatives
· Manage job fair and recruitment flyers so they are accessible to customers
Attends weekly meeting with Facilitator and Welfare Program Manager
· Prevent unauthorized persons from entering the facility
· Other opportunities as available.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Customer Service experience required
· Demonstrated telephone, computer and written communication skills
· Experience in answering inquiries in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
· Ability to maintain flexibility as needs of contract or contractor
· College degree preferred or equivalent experience require
