General Description:
The Pre-Construction Project Manager is responsible for reviewing and addressing the up-front construction and execution-related issues early in the project life cycle to ensure all stakeholders are aligned so that projects are executed on time and within budget. Oversees managing the RFI and RFP processes for all assigned projects to move them from the development phase to the execution phase. Formally turns over the executed contract to the Director of Construction for execution.
