We are looking for an Experienced and highly motivated individual to start immediately!
Job Description: A Construction Project Manager will develop, coordinate, implement and manage all facets necessary to construct the project on time, within budget and to the quality specified in the scope of work. Will oversee the daily scheduling labor and planning for all materials to be delivered to the Project Job Site in a timely fashion. Also able to execute multiple projects simultaneously.
Role and Responsibilities:
Procure reliable Subcontractors, Painters, Make Ready and Final Clean to the customer’s specifications and be able to negotiate the best possible rates for their service.
Receive and process Invoices from Subcontractors for Projects per scope and within Budget to be entered in Accounting System for payment.
Manage Prewalk measurements, Final Walk Touchup Completion and Management Signoff Forms.
Update Project Master Production Schedule of job processes so that accurate, up-to-date information can be provided for Management and Customer use.
Address and resolve any issues with delayed or damaged materials.
Work closely with Management to help resolve any problems or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
Skills:
Bilingual English – Spanish required
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Must possess exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and manage time effectively
Team player with proven ability to work well under pressure
Customer focus – achieve company and personal goals through customer focus
Capable of interacting effectively with all levels of personnel in a fast-paced on time delivery environment

- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion
- Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met
- Monitor and control project budgets and expenses
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations
- Communicate with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues that arise
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with construction software and project management tools is a plus
