Job Goal:

To create a flexible elementary grade program and a virtual learning environment favorable to learning and personal growth; to establish effective rapport with pupils; to motivate pupils to develop skills, attitudes, and knowledge needed to provide a good foundation for elementary grade education, in accordance with each pupil’s ability; to establish good relationships with parents and with other staff members. Requires strong technology skills

Contract: One hundred eighty one (181) contract days / temporary contract.

Salary: District scale.

Evaluation: Performance of this job will be evaluated by the Site Principal in accordance with the provisions of the Board's policies and state law.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor of Arts degree in elementary education and/or early childhood.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

Valid Oklahoma teaching certificate with elementary and/or early childhood endorsements.
