Purpose: 

As an eCommerce Product Specialist, you will be a key lead in product catalog management and SKU creation, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all digital platforms and in stores across the nation! 

By meticulously managing SKUs, pricing details, and messaging alignment, you play a pivotal role in crafting a seamless online experience for our customers. Your commitment to maintaining a structured calendar and upholding the integrity of product information reflects our dedication to delivering quality and accuracy to our valued audiences. 

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure edible® standards across all products and platforms are consistent and accurate to give the best experience for our customers and franchisees.

Location: This position will work onsite out of our home office in Sandy Springs, GA, with work from home flexibility on Fridays.

What that looks like day to day: 

• Facilitate & own product/SKU creation, setup, and listings while maintaining and updating the digital product catalog across all edible® platforms.
• Set and upkeep edible® standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, and product maintenance.
• Collaborate cross functionally to ensure streamlined rollouts of catalog updates such as specs, pricing, images, and more.
• Inspect online product detail pages, product landing pages, product information, specs, graphics, and all other pertinent page content to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of understanding.
• Partner with Site Merchandising & Marketing teams to ensure accuracy of products and related product content promoted across platforms.
• Provide timely completion of web projects, and meticulously uphold the eCommerce product calendar. You will ensure holiday & promotional messaging, new launches, product updates, and more are uploaded and removed at the appropriate times.
• Launch promotional information such as promotional text, sale pricing, coupon information, etc.
• Data research including competitor information, product cross references, keyword lookup, etc.
• Monitor and conduct site audits for accuracy with SKUs, pricing, messaging, and placement.

Required Experience: 

• 1-3 years of B2C/D2C eCommerce experience 
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Merchandising, Marketing, or other relevant areas. 
• Experience with digital catalog/inventory management systems and/or product listing programs is a plus (i.e. Shopify product management, etc.) 

Essential Competencies: 

• Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills (experience with French a plus, but not required)
• Strong working knowledge of computer applications (such as MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Outlook) with eagerness to learn new systems and technologies.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Great attention to detail with prompt timing and accuracy is required.
• Ability to handle and manage large amounts of data in different formats and systems.
• Open to new ideas, be self-motivated, and have a strong work ethic.
• Must be flexible with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
