Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Property Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. Are you a community-inspired, passion-driven individual with a can-do attitude? If so, we want you on our team!
Position: Property Operations Associate
Location: Grand Plaza, California.
Key Qualifications:
  • Must have Yardi experience.
  • Must have LITCH experience.
  • Work schedule is Tuesday- Saturday.
About Us:

Responsibilities:
Works closely with Regional / District Manager to efficiently manage assigned communities and administrative tasks
May assist with analyzing company financials and property budgets
May deal with vendors and negotiate pricing for property related items
Create and/or analyze various management reports as needed
Visit property sites to assist in administration including resident relations, rent collection, annual recertifications, leasing and lease renewal functions
May assist in interviewing, training, delivering corrective performance coaching and counseling
Assists with the promotion of positive relations
Assists with establishing and delivering marketing objectives
Assists with internal audits, state audits and other compliance activities as needed
Maintains filings
May act as interim Property Manager, as assigned
Performs various special projects as required by senior management
Requirements:
Education : bachelors degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience : Prior property management experience required. Multi-site property management and lease up experience strongly preferred.

Skills & Certifications :
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint software
