Edgewater Technical Associates, LLC is looking for an Administrative and HR Assistant to support our Los Alamos field office and Los Alamos National Laboratory.

This position is an opportunity for professional development and growth in a DOE subcontractor office. The right candidate will be organized, flexible, able to manage confidential information, proactive, possess a strong desire to
learn, eager to be a part of and support the team, and have the ability and disposition to multi-task with constant interruptions. The position is a full time, in-person position with the following responsibilities and requirements:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Employee and client support
• Phone and email correspondence, greeting walk-ins
• Sitewide HR support to include onboarding of new employees
• Sitewide accounting support to include invoice packaging to clients for labor hours
• Sitewide time and effort support to include timesheet collection and approval
• Record and database management
• Expense report collection and review
• Admin support duties to recruiting group; when time permits

Job Requirements:

• Strong technical skills with PC operating systems; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook, data entry, and database management
• Must have the ability to quickly learn Edgewater’s internet-based applications and coach others to use them
• Must be a positive team player, detail oriented, eager to learn, and proactive
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Must be able to provide a high level of attention to detail and high quality work while multi-tasking with

multiple interruptions

• Must be flexible to accommodate local team and national company needs as they grow and change
• Maintain confidentiality at all times
• Desire to commit and grow with us.
• An eagerness to perform well, taking pride and care with responsibilities is desirable.
