We are hiring for a part-time associate to join our team. The schedule will include Saturdays and possibly Fridays.

We are looking for an outstanding person with a can-do attitude, who enjoys working as a team for our Front Desk Position.

This is a lake front Homeowners Association, Timeshare Property. You must enjoy customer service and are willing to go out of your way to create a positive experience for our guests & owners.

Some duties include but are not limited to :

Customer Service is our number one priority

Reservations

Rentals

Check in and out procedures

concierge customer service

some accounting

scheduling

regular office duties including files / filing, coping, faxing, emails, and straightening of office

Work is not limited to the above described work items and can be re-assigned at anytime per management.

You will be responsible for accommodating our guests requests, helping with Resort Activities, communicating with guests, office staff, housekeeping and maintenance departments.

No experience necessary we are willing to train the right person.

Part time benefits includes PTO, free dental and vision, Performance-based bonuses for eligible employees. Enjoyable working environment with supportive team members.

Accrued vacation depending on hours worked.
