Edgebanding Services Inc is Hiring a Territory Sales Manager- Industrial Near Denver, CO

Company Description:

Edgebanding Services, Inc. (ESI) is a leading wholesale distributor supporting the Woodworking, Stone Fabricator, Kitchen Bath, and A D Communities. With over 30 years in business & 8 regional distribution facilities, ESI is a premier supplier of Edgebanding, Adhesives, Quartz, Porcelain, Solid Surface, and Sinks.

ESI is looking to add a highly motivated Territory Sales Manager to join our growing team! In this key role, you will represent Edgebanding Services Inc. by showcasing and selling our line of industrial products. Our Industrial products include Edgebanding, Veneer, Adhesives, and Cabinet Hardware. You will create, fully develop, and insulate profitable customer relationships with key accounts for Edgebanding Services Inc. Will report directly to ESI Branch Manager and National Surfacing Sales Manager. Previous Industry experience is a plus, but not a requirement.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

  • Business Development Account Management – Conduct regular on-site customer visits with new and existing customers, responsible for maintaining existing business and developing new sales of ESI products.
  • Identify and CLOSE customer programs and project business.
  • Strategic Development – Develop and maintain an annual territory business plan with an emphasis on growing existing accounts while also cultivating new relationships.
  • Product Knowledge – Develop and maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge (researching new products, attending industry specific events, trade shows, etc.) Identify customer product needs and coordinate products and services to address those needs accordingly.
  • Order Processing - Work closely with customers and the inside sales team to receive and process all inquiries and orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Lead Generation – Work closely with inside sales team to follow-up on any new leads and continuously look for new leads and referrals while performing duties in the field.
  • Price Quoting Negotiation – Work closely with customers and inside sales to develop price quotations and negotiate prices.
  • Reporting – Report back to the management team through all channels required by the manager.
  • Customer Service – Resolve customer issues and product complaints.

Qualifications:

  • Professional sales experience preferred.
  • Reliable transportation required.
  • Satisfactory MVR and proof of insurance required.
  • Experience and knowledge of the Woodworking and Cabinet industry strongly preferred.

Education/Experience:

  • College Degree and/or equivalent sales experience required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook preferred. CRM experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to travel daily and spend most of the day in a vehicle.
  • Valid driver’s license and no major driving violations.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
