Job Summary:
The Project Controls Lead (PCL) is responsible for integrating the people, processes and tools needed to perform the various project controls roles within a project including estimating, scheduling, cost, change management and continuous improvement. The PCL is responsible to provide the PSM with the information needed to establish baselines, identify variances and take corrective actions to deliver the project against performance targets.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Implement common estimating, cost and planning processes, procedure and standards for projects. Provide cost controls support ensure the delivery of the program suite. Ensure project controls is integrated across all projects and programs. Ensure compliance with the Project Controls Process.
