Principali attività: Coordinamento e formazione in relazione alle attività di customer care svolte dai propri team. Supporto nell’individuazione di attività di miglioramento della qualità degli attuali processi di assistenza e nella messa a terra di nuovi progetti (Selfcare, attivazione nuovi canali e modalità di risposta ai clienti) Analisi quali-quantitativa sulle attività di Customer Care e relativa reportistica Valutazione delle soluzioni operative di supporto del team.
