Edenbrook Saint Cloud is Hiring a Housing Manager (Must be an LPN) Near Saint Cloud, MN

Edenbrook Saint Cloud, part of the Eden Senior Care Network, is seeking a Housing Manager for our Assisted Living located inside Edenbrook St Cloud. The Housing Manager will be responsible for Day to day non clinical ALF operations, ALF Resident programing, scheduling and Staffing, resident engagement, overseeing leasing and resident contracts, billing and admission and marketing functions.

Position: Housing Manager (Must be an LPN)

Summary/Objective:

Staffing and Retention

  • Ensures that payroll is accurately prepared and reported to the corporate office at the time designated.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Process/file workers compensation claims.
  • Monitor employee morale, maintaining a high level of team spirit and unit cohesion in conjunction with Executive Director.
  • Manage turnover by ensuring strong screening, hiring and supervision practices are in place.
  • Maintain network or recruitment sources.
  • Ensure training and incentive programs are in place and working effectively.
  • Assist Executive Director with hiring, training, evaluating, supervising and overseeing all department director staff
  • Completes special HR projects as assigned.
  • Attends all required training, in-service, and staff meetings.
  • Understand role in the safety and disaster plan.
  • Strives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices.
  • Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.
  • Adheres to all policies and procedures of Eden Senior Care.
  • Provides assistance to the Human Resource department in regard to employee relations, recruitment, staffing, new hire orientation and customer service operations.
  • Assists in terminations, corrective actions, investigations and implementation of organizational changes, dispute resolution, and other HR tasks.

Community Management

  • Planning all aspects of community operations, including setting priorities and work assignments.
  • Assist in monitoring department responsibilities, communicates, and interpret policies, evaluate performance, provide feedback, and assist, coach, and discipline staff, as necessary.
  • Ensure cleanliness and safe maintenance of community and grounds.
  • Attends various community events.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required.
