Description

The Facilities Maintenance Specialist is responsible for the ongoing maintenance of agency worksites. This includes following scheduled maintenance plans and completing unforeseen repairs.

Skills Needed

High school diploma or GED. Valid driver’s license with good driving history. Ability to perform hard physical labor both indoors and outdoors and in all weather conditions. Good interpersonal skills. Basic electrical, plumbing, drywall skills.

Pay Rate

$18 per hour
