Eden II Programs is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at our East Meadow and Commack Location!

Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed to ensure proper functioning of equipment
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders

Requirement:

-High School Diploma or GED

-Valid Driver's License

Experience:
- Proven experience in maintenance and repair work
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team
- Proficiency in using CMMS software for work order management and tracking
- Knowledge of fabrication techniques and ability to use tools and equipment for fabrication purposes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members and stakeholders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
