Hours

Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm

Description

Manage all school staff Dayforce records on a daily basis. Evaluate all staff for excessive absenteeism and provide to program directors. Enroll all new staff in punch clock system. Retrieve messages on answering machine and report absences to program director. Liaison for DOE for processing of bus paras.

Skills Needed

Minimum highschool diploma and knowledge of Microsoft World and Excel. Prior administrative experience of at least 3-5 years. Strong planning and organizational skills. Prompt attendance. Ability to handle confidential matters.

Pay Rate

$24 – $29 per hour
