Job Title: Executive Director of Accountability and School Improvement

Reports to: Associate Superintendent, Student and School Support Pay Grade: Admin Pay 10

Supervises: Director of Assessments and Accountability, Director of CCMR and Postsecondary, Director of District Data Analytics
Primary Purpose: The role of Executive Director of Accountability is to provide overall leadership for directing, implementing, and improving the district’s testing and assessment program and understanding all elements of the Texas Accountability System to inform District Leadership when making critical decisions impacting students and district improvement, as it relates to the Strategic Plan, Board Goals, Indicators of Success, and other possible district accountability measures.
