You will make an impact:

As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will help the Marketing team create efficiencies to scale as well as ensure the return on marketing investments to drive pipeline growth. You will make an impact by ensuring that all marketing activity is accurately captured and reported to key stakeholders. You will lead the assessment of lead qualification processes and follow-up strategy to help improve conversion rates of MQLs to Opportunities. You will work closely with the Sr. Director of Marketing and other marketing teams members to ensure the team is on track against OKRs and KPI’s and create a solid foundation for project tracking, data management as well as tech stack adoption and enhancements.

Your day to day:

• Quarterly and monthly reports for Marketing leadership to evaluate program success and identify areas for improvement to provide the team with necessary insights to pivot the course if necessary to garner greater results
• Weekly meeting of lead review with sales development team and marketing leadership
• Lifecycle stage assessment and identification of leads and opportunities that go stale and creating strategies and workflows to move prospects through the funnel quicker

• Creating attribution models of closed opportunities with a focus on marketing influence
• Evaluating key buyer persona lead nurtures and identifies improvement opportunities
• Optimize the use of technology in the process of client acquisition including providing updated training on the latest capabilities or addressing weaknesses in data completion
• Instrumental in the evaluation, identification, and implementation of a project management tool for the Marketing team
• Oversee the marketing database and segmentation strategy, to ensure marketing campaigns and sales processes deliver desired results

• Automate manual processes and create SOP to help align and standardize activity and scale
• Salesforce and other tech stack training, utilization, and improved adoption of not only current functionality but, looking to new capabilities – evaluating and determining best use
• Maintain update to date budget

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• 5 years of experience in a marketing operations management role

• Life sciences experience preferred
• Experience in marketing tech stack optimization and training in Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Navigator and other platforms like Sendoso, Microsoft project management tools or equivalent
• Experience with report and dashboard building required
• Passionate about data management, project management and technology adoption to improve processes and optimize results
• Proven track record improving marketing operations to drive pipeline growth

• Strong project management skills; results-focused with impactful execution and follow-through; highly detail-oriented
• Team player, self-starter, and eager to learn new things, inform others and communicate out results with enthusiasm and speed
