Summary
Eccovia is looking for a talented Project Manager with experience managing software development projects. You will use your experience to manage projects for our clients that work with individuals who have complex health and social needs. As a member of a cross-functional team, you will set standards for high quality, efficiency, and teamwork.

What you’ll do
- Overall accountability for project profitability and timeline
- Collaborate with the team to define and scope client requirements and deliverables
- Create and maintain detailed project plans and report on project metrics
- Identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks both within the project team and with our clients
- Help implement processes and best practices within the PMO
- Learn and maintain working knowledge of Eccovia’s software platforms and services
- Learn our business and the specific needs of our clients
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills when communicating to key and executive stakeholders both internally and externally
- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to creatively solve problems and brainstorm solutions
What You’ll Need
- PMP Certification/PMI Education
- Project management experience in a software development field; SaaS experience preferred
- 3 years in a project management role
- Bachelor’s degree or higher and/or comparable experience
- A quality-driven mindset and commitment to only delivering quality work to our clients
- Strong background in project management processes & best practices
- Solid understanding of processes that align with Agile software development
- Excellent ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously while helping maintain sufficient timelines
How You’ll Stand Out
- Prior experience working in an environment with HIPAA and other security and privacy regulations
- Prior experience working with case management/health and human services related software
- Prior experience working in gathering requirements, reconciling contract scope
- Prior experience working with transitioning client organizations to new software platforms
- Strong preference for candidates familiar with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Etc.) and Smartsheet
What We Offer
- Pay range $80,000 , depending on experience
- 15 days PTO your first year, and 9 paid holidays
- 100% Company paid health insurance
- 401(k) with matching funds, 100% match on the first 3% and 50% on the next 2%
