JLL is Hiring a Project Manager Near Salt Lake, UT
This PM hire will be working primarily in the emphasis of commercial and industrial projects. Requires background history of manufacturing, warehouse, life-sciences type of projects.
This position requires residency in Utah and is a hybrid office environment between our downtown SLC office and home office. Minor travel is required, primarily visits to job sites as contracted.
Key responsibilities include:
- Project Planning and Execution
- Budget and Cost Controls
- Stakeholder Management
- Project Documentation and Reporting
- Risk Management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- BS degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or related field.
- Proven experience as a project manager in construction or property development projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, building systems and project management principles.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools. MS Project is JLL gantt chart tool.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure
- Attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations and compliance requirements.
- Knowledge or experience working with real estate brokers
