Overview:

We are seeking Seasonal Associates to join our team for a temporary period. As a Seasonal Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support during our peak season.

Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service to all clients
- Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail setting
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Assist with inventory management and restocking products

Experience:

- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Ability to communicate fluently in English; multilingual skills, especially Spanish, are a plus
- Knowledge of wireless sales and phone etiquette
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
- Experience in technical sales or product demonstrations is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $18.09 - $21.79 per hour
