Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Parts AND SERVICE Manager to oversee the procurement, pricing, and inventory management of APPLIANCE parts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a service and repair, as well as experience in demand planning and negotiation.

Responsibilities:

- Procure parts from suppliers while ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness
- Manage inventory levels to meet demand and minimize excess stock
- Collaborate with the service and repair teams to ensure timely availability of parts
- Negotiate pricing with vendors to secure competitive rates
- Oversee the fabrication or repair of parts when necessary
- Conduct automotive diagnostics to identify parts needed for repairs

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in service or repair industry
- Proficient in demand planning and inventory management
- Strong negotiation skills for vendor interactions
- Ability to fabricate or repair equipment parts is a plus
- Knowledge of diagnostics is preferred
