Providing our customer, a luxury boutique - like experience when shopping online is a core value for Hanro. The person in this position will represent the brand and is vital in the success of our e-commerce shop.
The Sales / Customer Experience Associate is a professional responsible for maintaining our brand image when interacting with consumers, developing client relationships, and maintaining best in class customer service and care.
This position reports to the Vice President of Operations and will work closely with the Customer Experience Manager and Customer Service Operations Manager.
Job Description:
· Answer Clients request through different channels of communication. (Phone, Email, Chat, Video Conference) cultivating relationships and across all web shops. (HANRO JCREW AMAZON AND HOM). Handle and resolve client’s claims, issues, concerns, and feedback.
· Offer personalized advice and service through your knowledge of the products.
· Assist clients with their online orders and seek opportunities to sell or add on to the Clients’ orders.
· Process return across all web shops including inspecting all returned items making sure they are suitable for sale/stocking. Refurbish when possible. (ticketing /steaming)
· Assist with other operation functions including processing store RTV’s, sample returns and pick and packing web orders.·
· Comply with company’s standards, policies, and procedures when working with Clients/
Qualities
· 3-5 years of successful experience in the luxury industry
· High sensitivity to client’s experience and loyalty
· Exceptional interpersonal skills, persuasiveness
· Accuracy, organizational skills
· Product and fashion sense
· Strong systems and digital skills
· Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and a certain amount of walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out the job duties for periods of time. Approximately 50%.
