The Therapist’s role is to provide a range of psychological assessment, diagnostic, therapeutic, and coaching services for individuals with mental health challenges. These services include both individual and group sessions. Breakdown of services provided on average will be between 40-60% therapy clients and between 40-60% coaching clients (subject to change as needed).

- Provide a range of psychological assessment, diagnostic and therapeutic services for individuals struggling with a range of mental health concerns.

- Provide virtual and/or in-person Psychotherapy services & Executive functioning/Recovery Coaching services.

- Provide therapy services to clients within sister company EDRS as needed and as is clinically appropriate

- Commitment to complete CBT, DBT, and future relevant trainings, provided by MHRS. 

- One in person day required if local to NYC.

- Maintain 24-28 billable hours per week (“Billable” hours include therapy & coaching sessions, groups, and (when billable according to insurance contract) non-clinical care coordination.)

- Identify client’s treatment goals/interventions and progress or barriers towards goals.

- Support transition through the continuum of care within MHRS programming and HLOC outside of MHRS.

- Facilitate up to 3 groups weekly, once they are introduced to MHRS service offerings

- Ensure WellSky schedule is up to date, and availability document is kept up to date weekly.

- Proper documentation and completion of shifts of all services rendered within 24 hours.

- Coordinate care with client’s treatment team including: other MHRS coaches, dietitian, PCP, psychiatrist, and any additional outside providers.

- Commit to two Weeknight Shifts and one weekend shift (4 hours minimum)

- Attend supervision as indicated: Team Meeting bi-weekly and individual supervision bi-weekly.
