We welcome and celebrate the unique contributions from our team surrounding culture, ethnicity, race, sex, gender identity and expression, nation of origin, languages spoken, color, religion, sexual orientation, and beliefs. Job DescriptionLicensed EMDR Trauma TherapistPsy.D., Ph.D., LCSW, LMHC, LMFTJOB TYPERemote and/or In-Person, Independent Contractor (1099)COMPENSATIONGenerous compensation structure with flexibility of therapist setting their own schedule and fee We receive approximately 40-50 new client inquiries each month from our therapist matching questionnaire looking to connect with a licensed trauma therapist who is trained in EMDR and provides Somatic Therapy or mind-body approaches. We’re looking to welcome a licensed trauma therapist who specializes in:Individual TherapyEye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)Somatic Therapy and or mind-body approachesWomen’s IssuesRelationship Family IssuesTrauma, Anxiety, and Depression We are looking for Psychotherapists and Psychologists who:Wish to have autonomy in their clinical practice but be a part of a group versus operating as a sole proprietorStrong clinical skills and the ability to easily establish an alliance with prospective clientsAre committed to growing with an inclusive, modern practice that’s dedicated to elevating the client experience wherever possibleHave a strong desire to make an impact, not only through therapy but also out in the worldTake a more humanistic and strengths-based approach over one that is pathology-focused and diagnostic Are willing to take a proactive role in marketing efforts with assistance from a dedicated teamRESPONSIBILITIESProvide individual, couples, family, or group psychotherapy treatmentUtilize approved platforms for scheduling and documenting treatment notes within 24 hours of serviceConduct 30-minute complimentary phone consultations, including answering general questions about insurance and fee negotiationsCoordinate client care with clinical and administrative staff at the direction of the practice managerWe are out-of-network with insurance companies, so interested candidates should be prepared to offer courtesy billing on behalf of clients and coordinate concierge client services with an administrative team Qualifications Licensed (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist, PhD/PsyD) in New York State and able to practice independentlyTeletherapy allows you to set your own schedule.
