EasyStreetOffers is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Agent

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Agent to join Easy Street Offers. The Inside Sales Agent will be responsible for contacting homeowners who are interested in potentially selling their homes, qualifying these leads over the phone, and scheduling in-person appointments for our realtors to meet with these leads at their homes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a passion for real estate sales.

Responsibilities:

1. Contact homeowners via phone to inquire about their interest in selling their homes.

2. Build rapport with homeowners and effectively communicate the benefits of working with our real estate agency.

3. Qualify leads by asking relevant questions about their property, timeline, and motivation to sell.

4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with homeowners in the CRM system.

5. Schedule in-person appointments for our realtors to meet with qualified leads at their homes.

6. Follow up with leads who have expressed interest but are not yet ready to schedule an appointment.

7. Collaborate with realtors to ensure smooth transition of leads and provide any necessary information to facilitate successful appointments.

8. Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitor activities in order to effectively address homeowner inquiries.

9. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field.

2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

3. Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with homeowners.

4. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to overcome objections.

5. Highly organized with excellent time management skills.

6. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

7. Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using technology for sales purposes.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Real estate license or willingness to obtain one.

2. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
