A highly successful Inside Sales Agent will take stewardship of inbound and outbound communication with potential sellers. This individual is the first point of contact that someone will have with our organization. They will be responsible for being truthful and genuine about how our company can help them and extracting the appropriate information needed to analyze the deal.
This person is responsible for generating the opportunity for an appointment to potential sellers while building rapport and following our internal sales process. With assistance from the marketing department to generate inbound leads, and continued support by our home buying specialists, the Lead Manager/Inside Acquisition Agent is an instrumental role in converting marketing functions to acquisition opportunities. This person must be well-organized, detail oriented and service-minded with good interpersonal skills.
